But I want to encourage you that you don’t have to do it alone. With the right vendors, your wedding planning should be a breeze, so you can sip a margarita with your fiance in the summer sun and not worry about a thing.
Let me guide you through my seamless client experience. I will help you create a wedding timeline from start to finish. I’ll meet you for planning calls, during which I listen to your vision, take detailed notes, create a mood board, help with location and outfit suggestions, and walk you through the artwork design process.
So by the time your engagement session and wedding come around, you are equipped with the knowledge you need to succeed. I’ll guide you through poses so you’re not wondering what to do with your hands. I’ll be your advocate and biggest hype woman so you leave the session or event feeling refreshed and confident.
After each photography session, I take precautions, back up your memories, and store them in multiple places, including a fire and waterproof safe. I carefully edit each image so your gallery is consistent and curated with your story in mind.
Then we meet again so I can reveal the images to you and your partner for the first time - reliving your memories together as husband and wife. With my stress-free design process, I’ll help you create artwork for your home so you can walk away from the appointment with images ready to send to print and display in your home.

Select A Collection
The first step is to select a collection that works best for you and your partner. Collections A through D vary in coverage time and heirlooms. All collections include planning call(s), a 70+ page wedding resource guide, a personalized client portal, a custom wedding day timeline, vendor communication, and licensed and insured certificates.

Planning Calls
This is probably your first time planning a wedding, and there is a lot of uncertainty in the process. As a seasoned wedding photographer, I will meet you for a planning call to discuss timing, locations, your dream outfits, and the main things I consider when choosing these. The engagement session will be a great chance to enjoy a little time together while getting used to being in front of the camera!
About three months before the wedding, I'll send a detailed questionnaire your way so I can start prepping the family photo lists and the finer details of the timeline. Then, I'll reach out to your planner to ensure we are on the right track, adjusting my plans to match hers. I'll also be sharing wedding tips and tricks with you throughout this time as we build up to the big day.
One month before, we'll have a planning call to finalize any remaining details and ensure we're on the same page for every little thing. You'll be able to ask any last questions and make any final adjustments ensuring the month leading to "I do" is unburdened by worries over your photos.

Event Date
Depending on the collection you choose, we could meet for an engagement session and the wedding day. On the wedding day, the KAP approach is both discreet and attentive.
Think of my team as a "fly on the wall" while also giving you the support you need during more structured moments like family formals. I want to blend into the background, allowing genuine moments to unfold naturally while also being present to capture every fleeting glance, every joyful tear, and every heartfelt embrace.
Throughout the day, my team works tirelessly to capture every detail with precision and care. From the delicate lace of your gown to the laughter shared between loved ones, we strive to document the moments that make your wedding day uniquely yours.
I take great care in protecting your images, and store files in multiple locations while processing, including a fire/waterproof safe and cloud storage to ensure the safety of your memories.

Reveal Appointment
You deserve more than a random email containing a link to your most precious memories. I want you to have an experience. During the reveal appointment, we will carve out time in your busy schedules to relive your engagement session or wedding day. You can grab your favorite drink; I’ll present a slideshow, and then ask how I can help display these images in your home; whether on your walls or a coffee table, I’ll design artwork without decision fatigue. And the best part is you can walk away shortly after your wedding with your first heirlooms as your husband and wife.

Artwork Delivery
If your order qualifies, I will hand-deliver and install the artwork in your home just a few weeks after your reveal appointment so your frames aren’t sitting against your living room wall waiting to be hung; yes, I am full-sevice, and it’s that easy!

Clients usually invest between $1050 and $2000 in their boudoir experience, which includes professional hair and makeup, a digitals, and heirlooms.

Every wedding is unique. However, most of my clients book a minimum of 10 hours of coverage to capture every moment from getting ready to dancing at the reception.
If you value the authentic moments, the details, and don’t want to feel rushed, I recommend booking 10 or more hours of coverage to allow for optimal creativity.
If you plan for one or more of the following you need more than 8 hours of coverage:
* You desire documentation of everything from getting ready to past the first dances.
* Your ceremony will last more than 30 minutes.
* You will need to travel for any of the following: getting ready, ceremony, portrait or reception locations
If you “checked the box” for any of these statements, then I recommend booking 10 or more hours of coverage. Intimate weddings with very little travel are the ideal candidate for 8 hours of coverage.
During one of the planning calls, we will refine and tweak your custom timeline so both you and I feel confident walking into your wedding day.

The engagement session is a way for us to create beautiful imagery before the wedding day and allows for a trial run before your wedding day. You will walk away from the engagement session with insight on my posing structure, understand my demeanor during portrait time, and get a feel for what it’s like to be in front of the camera.
Before your session, we will meet for a planning call to discuss your vision, outfits, and the end goal for your portraiture.
You can expect 60-90 minutes of coverage, depending on the vision of the engagement session. Sometimes the sessions are more or less depending on the couple’s interest level in portraiture.
After the engagement session, we will schedule a design and ordering appointment where I will prepare a slideshow, and present the images to you for the first time. We will sit down to discuss what you’d like to do with these images, and if I can fix anything I might have missed in the initial round of editing like a flyaway or blemish.
Engagement sessions include the first 20 images and album digitals, meaning you’ll receive the digital files that correlate to what you add to the album.
The engagement session is an invaluable part of the experience if you want to walk into your wedding radiating with confidence.

Yes, due to the nature of the events (wedding day and rehearsal coverage), all digital images with print releases are included.
For engagement sessions, you receive the digital files, and print releases correlate with what you put into the album. You will receive the first 20 images, and have the opportunity to add more images during the reveal appointment.
Digital images for boudoir sessions are purchased separately.

A release form with printing rights is a document a photographer provides to clients, granting them permission to print and reproduce digital images for personal use.

You can expect a minimum of 50 images per hour. However, I almost always deliver 75 images per hour. My turnaround time is 4-8 weeks. Once your images are ready, we will schedule a gallery reveal paired with a design and ordering appointment, so we can begin making selections for your album, plus choose any artwork for your home.
You can expect a mixture of candids and posed photos throughout your wedding day!

A second shooter is a professional wedding photographer available for the contracted wedding coverage. Their core mission is to help capture moments, adding more variety to your gallery. Kiley Ann Photography handles the editing and processing of their images.

After your wedding day has ended, I store your digital files in multiple locations, including cloud storage, hard drives in a fire/waterproof safe, and the original SD cards, ensuring their safety while processing them.
Once I have meticulously curated and edited your photos, I will share an online gallery that will remain available to you for one year with the option to extend for longer.
